Casper Crescent We were asked to install three thermal efficient skylights above the front entrance. Three existing plastic dome skylights were removed due to leaks and aging plastic. The light inside from all the windows was amazing. |

Downtown Toronto We designed and installed this skylight over a small courtyard at
a condominium complex in downtown Toronto. It consists of an A-frame
structure built to accommodate 8 standard size skylights. The owner
still enjoys the open feeling of the courtyard and gets plenty of fresh
air thru the electrically venting remote controlled skylights. These
skylights have a rain sensor that will close the skylights automatically if
it rains. The flashing system is a custom made set of interlocking
metal panels and rubberized waterproofing materials. We handled
all aspects of the work including the framing, roofing, electrical
and drywall finishing.
