We designed and installed this skylight over a small courtyard at a condominium complex in downtown Toronto. It consists of an A-frame structure built to accommodate 8 standard size skylights. The owner still enjoys the open feeling of the courtyard and gets plenty of fresh air thru the electrically venting remote controlled skylights. These skylights have a rain sensor that will close the skylights automatically if it rains. The flashing system is a custom made set of interlocking metal panels and rubberized waterproofing materials. We handled all aspects of the work including the framing, roofing, electrical and drywall finishing.

Job Sites: Chartwell Rd Here is a tandem of thermal efficient skylights in a low slope cathedral ceiling. The idea of installing skylights here was to get some natural light and ventilation entering the room and also to create a little more head room.
